Privacy notice

Who we are

Warrior Supporters is the official international supporters group of SHB Đà Nẵng, operated by Inter Da Nang, which is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: warriors@interdanang.com.

We handle personal data under Vietnam’s personal data protection rules (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).

What we collect

• Required: full name, nationality, email address, date of birth, the area of Đà Nẵng you stay in, and whether you’re a local, living here or visiting.
• Optional: phone / WhatsApp / Zalo, preferred language, how you heard about us, the invite code of the member who invited you, and whether you want news.
• Invites: your personal invite code, which members joined with it, and the Warrior credits you’ve earned.
• Ticket records: which matches you booked or cancelled, and when your ticket was scanned at the entrance.

We never ask for passport or ID numbers, ID scans or payment details. Your date of birth is used for age groups in our statistics and is never shown publicly.

Why we use it

• To issue your free member tickets, send confirmations and check you in at the gate.
• To manage capacity, waiting lists and stadium entry.
• To publish anonymous totals, for example, members per country. These never include names.
• To send match announcements, only if you opted in.
• To understand who our supporters are, such as age groups, areas and how people find us, as anonymous totals.
• To run the invite scheme: credit the member who invited you, and later let members use credits for rewards. The inviter only ever sees how many friends joined, not who.
• To understand how the site is used (see Site statistics).

Site statistics

To improve the site and plan match days, we count page visits and a few steps (requesting a code, joining, booking, opening a ticket). We record the page, the site you came from, the device type, screen width, language and time zone, using a random identifier stored in your browser.

We use no cookies and no third-party trackers or advertising. The stadium map on your ticket is shown from OpenStreetMap, which only receives the request for the map itself. If you are signed in as a member, these visits are linked to your membership. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, we record nothing.

Your QR code

Your QR code contains a random ticket reference only, not your name, email or nationality. Treat the ticket link like the ticket itself and don’t share it.

Who can see it

Only authorised Inter Da Nang staff. Entrance staff see what they need to check you in. Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and emails are sent by our email provider (Resend); neither may use it for their own purposes. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Your membership stays active until you ask us to delete it. Ticket and check-in records are kept for 24 months for attendance reporting, then anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing warriors@interdanang.com. Deleting your membership cancels any upcoming tickets.
